As one of the 3 most knowledgeable Utah home inspectors, I will provide you with an objective inspection and inform you as to the condition of your new home. I am an ASHI Certified Inspector. ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors is the oldest and most respected home inspector association. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering. I have expertise in the areas of stucco, EIFS, mold, and radon.
You need a person who is knowledgeable and experienced. There is no substitute for knowledge - except experience. I have been inspecting home full time for 17 years and have inspected over 5,000 houses in Salt Lake City, Park City, Provo, and Sandy, Utah.
This is no time for rookie, part-time, low cost, low value home inspectors.
Some home inspectors are list checkers, some are inspectors, and some have expertise and consulting skills. We are the latter “a building consultant”!

	Recently Home Inspectors have come under great scrutiny about their relationships with real estate agents. Some inspectors have been accused of sugar coating defects in order to obtain future referrals from real estate agents. I am sorry to say this, but it is true. This is not acceptable for my clients.
